Dr. Ben Butler and Family

L.N. Ben Butler IV, D.D.S.

In 1992, Dr. L.N. Ben Butler IV joined the family dental practice founded by his late father, Dr. L. Nelson Butler III.

Ben graduated from Peoria High School in 1985, attended the University of Arizona, and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of California at San Francisco in 1992.

Ben served as a Consultant for the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners from 2001-2019. Ben also became a Dental Examiner for the Western Regional Dental Board and traveled throughout the country helping administer competency tests to dentists and dental hygienists seeking dental licensure from 2010-2022.

Ben and his wife, Kelli, met at the University of Arizona in 1986 and have two sons, Colin and Cameron. Colin graduated from the University of Arizona, served in the U.S. Navy and is now a firefighter in Peoria, AZ. Colin's wife, Tori, is one of our dental hygienists. Cameron graduated from Northern Arizona University and the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. Cameron is a Lieutenant and Navy dentist, currently stationed in Bremerton, WA. Cameron's wife, Bethany, is a law student at the University of Washington.
